Accessibility Statement for the United States Air Force Academy

We want everyone who visits the U.S. Air Force Academy website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. We are committed to meet or exceed the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of July 22, 2014, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended.

What Are We Doing

To help us make the Academy website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the WEB CONTENT ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible to people with disabilities and user-friendly to everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Academy website.

How Are We Doing

We’ve worked hard on the U.S. Air Force Academy website and believe we’ve achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please let us know.
